Ways to Access Optus Voicemail

To access your Voicemail including retrieval of messages, updating your greeting and more, simply dial 321 from your number.

• To update your greeting press 3
• To access user options including group lists and change your Voicemail PIN press8.

You can enable/disable Voicemail at any point through Settings in My amaysim, the settings tabs of the amaysim app or by calling ##002# from your mobile.

To access your voicemail whilst overseas when using international roaming, ther are two options:

1. Text the letter A to 321
2. Within 30 seconds the voicemail system will ring your roaming mobile automatically
3. Follow the prompts to retrieve your voicemail

or

1. Dial + 61 411 000 321
2. If prompted: Enter your mailbox number, this is your Mobile Phone number in Australian format (eg. 04XX XXX XXX)
3. Enter your PIN.
4. Follow the prompts to retrieve your voicemail.

To access voicemail whilst using a landline or another mobile number whilst in Australia, below are the steps you'll need to follow.

1. Dial 133 321
2. If prompted: Enter your mailbox number. This is your Office/Home Phone number, including its area code (eg. 03 XXXX XXXX)
3. Press #
4. Enter your Passcode/PIN
5. Press #
6. Listen to your Messages.
