How To Create Effective Advertisements
Copywriting
As Advertising turns further away from pretty pictures and more into the content on the screen, it is important to understand good copywriting techniques, good copywriting will better help your audience understand what you want from them and can quickly make or break a deal.
Frequency = Trust
It has been tried and tested that the more an individual sees your content, the more they will trust your business. If a user sees your ad multiple times, they will begin to naturally develop a level of trust with you and your business.
New Algorithm (Meta Sources > Your Sources)
The Meta Business Suite is always evolving. Recently it has been becoming clear that the use of Meta Sources are much more effective for retargeting campaigns than your own sources.
CTR (Click Through Rate)
A good target CTR is approximately 1% or more, if your CTR is below 1%, you are likely leaving money on the table and your ads are not performing as well as they could be.
To raise your CTR, it is recommended to go back and test your ads more, experiment with audiences and find out what's working and what's not working, testing your ads is a great way to raise your CTR and generate more sales.
CPM (Cost Per 1,000 Impressions)
If your CPM is above $42, Meta is unhappy with you, this is likely due to something in your Ad-Copy, landing page or somewhere else in your content.
To fix this, take a look at your ads and pages and try to remove anything that may impact Meta's impression of your business.
